Information We Collect
When you submit a driver application, Medicare Trans may collect information you voluntarily provide, including your name, address, email address, telephone number, employment history, driving history, qualifications, application information, signatures, and other information necessary to evaluate and process your application.
How We Use Information
Medicare Trans may use applicant information to process and evaluate employment applications, communicate with applicants, conduct permitted employment-related reviews, coordinate interviews and onboarding, maintain required records, protect the security of our systems, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
SMS Communications
If you voluntarily opt in to SMS communications, Medicare Trans may use the mobile number you provide to send informational messages concerning your driver application, application status, interview or onboarding scheduling, reminders, and related employment communications.
SMS consent is optional and is not required to submit an application or as a condition of employment.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
SMS Consent and Mobile Information
Medicare Trans does not sell your mobile telephone number or SMS consent information.
Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Information may be disclosed to service providers that help Medicare Trans deliver operational services, including communications, when necessary to provide those services and subject to appropriate restrictions.

Choosing not to receive SMS messages does not prevent you from submitting a driver application.
